This is a great place to live. In the summer months - you feel like you are on vacation with the beautiful landscaping and the gorgeous pool. The pool grill is such a nice feature when hosting friends for a summer cook out! In the winter months, I’m notorious for a wood fire in my gorgeous fireplace. Kenny, who heads up maintenance, has become a dear friend. Anytime I have any issue - he takes care of it right away! Maria, our property manager, is just fantastic!

I’ve been here for 2 years... Altitude apartments aren’t GREAT??... I mean you’re literally next to everything. Target, Kenwood, Kroger I mean come on. Very quiet (I mean it’s blue ash so of course) .. Out of everything that’s so lovely about Altitude I tell you, MARIA In the office is my favorite. I mean you talk about someone in a rental office that is just super nice and down to earth. Maria is the bomb. Tatiana is great too they both are but I’ve spoken to Maria more that’s why I say her.

I can’t say enough great things about the complex manager, Maria. If there’s ever an issue that needs to be taken care of, Maria has always taken it seriously and gets it handled efficiently. Maria seems to go out of her way to reach out and make sure the issue is solved. It’s comforting to have a complex manager that “has your back”. Also, Kenny, the maintenance man, is awesome. He always has a smile on his face and works so hard to get the job done. Thank you Maria and Kenny!!!
